TheCyberInstitute Courses

What type of courses do you offer?
TheCyberInstitute offers self paced and advanced courses in the management, leadership, strategy and innovation space focusing around people who aspire to be managers, are emerging managers or at middle management level.

What is a self paced course?
Self paced courses are designed to offer learners complete freedom to learn. These short, sharp and engaging programs address the fundamental concepts of each content area. From the day you enrol, you have access to the content for a period of 30 days and can come and go as many times as you like within this time frame.

Managers often access the self paced courses to refresh on specific topic areas, while organisations have purchased one off or license access to provide some just in time or foundation training for frontline employees.

What is an advanced course?
These facilitator-led courses are structured to engage learners in a program aimed at developing practical skills and knowledge. Typically emerging and middle managers looking to grow their skills and formalise their experience enrol in our advanced courses. New managers are also typical participants given that the courses offer flexibility in delivery, while also allowing strong discussion to occur through the course.

How often and when do the courses run?
All courses are available for you to enrol in and start at any time.

What if I need more time to complete the course?
If you have not completed the course by the end of your allocated time, you may purchase an extension of access. Extensions are offered at 50% cost of original course fee, allowing an extension equal in duration to the original course period.

Do I qualify to take your courses?
There are no pre-requisites for any of TheCyberInstitute's courses. All of the courses are designed to be undertaken as stand alone units.

If I undertake a course with TheCyberInstitute will I get a something that says I have completed the course?
Yes, at the completion of either a self paced course or an advanced course you will receive a Statement of Completion from TheCyberInstitute indicating that you have undertaken this course and the Professional Development hours it took to complete the course.
