The process of building an eLearning course is a sequential effort involving a dedicated team, comprising of subject matter experts (SME), instructional designers (ID), graphic designers, Multimedia developers, and a dedicated Project Manager.

Together this team design an education plan, storyboard and project plan that meets the exacting needs of the client.

The TCI team works directly with internal teams to address Project scoping, Content analysis and mapping, Prototype design, best practices development, Training solution design, development and deployment.

At the conclusion of the project a Performance measurement, Return On Investment (ROI) review is conducted to gauge the actual impact of the project on the bottom line.

Just-In-Time Conversion

For clients needing time critical solution to publishing learning material on the web, TheCyberInstitute has developed a design and deployment strategy that provides conversion of existing content into a rich eLearning environment at a fraction of the investment of standard eLearning deployment costs.

Content which falls into this category often needs to be developed urgently, has a relatively small budget and uses the company’s subject matter expert and digital content. It requires limited instructional design, and has a relatively short shelf life. We call it just-in-time conversion.
